Team Jobs - Commercial is recruiting for a Fire & Security Service & Installation Engineer based in London. The role covers servicing, maintaining and installing fire and security systems across commercial and residential sites, with a strong emphasis on compliance and reliability.

The successful candidate will have solid experience with fire alarms, CCTV, access control and intruder systems, and hold a full UK driving licence. A company van and excellent benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain fire alarm, CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance visits in accordance with industry standards.
• Produce accurate service reports, installation documentation and compliance records.
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota, providing emergency support when required.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused service on-site.
• Ensure all work complies with current industry regulations and company quality standards.

The Role

As a Fire & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and installing a range of fire and security systems across commercial and residential client sites throughout London.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain fire alarm, CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems.


• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
