PT Renewables in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Administrator to join a busy office. You will support day-to-day coordination of engineers, customer callouts, maintenance contracts and alarm activations, helping keep service operations running smoothly.

Previous experience in fire, security or alarm industries is essential. You will organise maintenance contracts, callouts and provider communications with a professional, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous fire & security / alarm industry experience is essential.
• Experience in a service, scheduling or administrative role.
• Understanding of maintenance contracts, engineer callouts and service visits.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with engineers, customers and suppliers.
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple jobs at once.
• Good Microsoft Word, Excel and email skills.
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage fire & security maintenance contracts and customer records.
• Log callouts and allocate jobs to engineers.
• Schedule planned maintenance visits.
• Process engineer job reports and paperwork.
• Log and coordinate alarm activations.
• Manage engineer diaries, holidays and availability.
• Process timesheets and support payroll.
• Maintain engineer training and compliance records.
• Arrange vehicle servicing and MOTs.
• Manage supplier returns and general purchasing administration.
• Handle customer emails and enquiries.
• Support management with day-to-day administration.
