Bailey Partnership is seeking experienced Fire Safety Surveyors to deliver FRAEW/EWS1 external wall and internal passive fire safety surveys across the UK.

Bailey Partnership, a top 150 UK consultancy since 1971, offers multidisciplinary services and values long-term client relationships.

The role involves conducting intrusive external wall investigations, assessing combustibility and fire spread, and internal surveys including compartmentation, fire door inspections, and fire risk assessments (FRA).

You will provide technical input, lead survey teams, coordinate activities, and ensure survey quality and timeliness. Internal training and relevant certification courses will be provided.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Membership with RICS, CABE, CIOB, RIBA, or similar
• Strong building pathology or technology knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Team leadership experience
• Knowledge of fire safety, FRAEW/EWS1

The role offers a salary between £60,000 - £70,000, depending on experience, along with a pension scheme and benefits. Travel is involved; hybrid working is available with regular office visits.
