You will ensure Fire Risk Assessments, inspections, and remedial works are delivered to high standards in line with legislation, including Building Safety Act requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience managing fire safety in social housing or complex built environment settings.
• Strong knowledge of fire and building safety legislation and its operational application.
• Proven experience leading Fire Risk Assessments and remedial compliance programmes.
