A leading healthcare organization in Sheffield seeks a Fire Safety Manager to ensure compliance and risk reduction for fire safety. Responsibilities include leading safety standards implementation and training programs. Ideal candidates will have formal fire safety qualifications and extensive experience in healthcare environments. Competitive salary range of £47,810 to £54,710 annually.

The Fire Safety Manager will lead the operational delivery of fire safety compliance and risk reduction for their designated campus (Northern General Hospital or Central Campus), acting as the Responsible Person (RP) under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 for that site.
The postholder will be one of two Band 7 Fire Safety Managers who, together, provide site-level leadership and ensure consistent Trust-wide implementation of fire safety standards in line with Health Technical Memorandum (HTM) 05-01 - Managing Healthcare Fire Safety, HTM 05-02 - Fire Safety in Healthcare Premises, and the full HTM 05-03 suite of guidance.
