Qualifications

• Be methodical and logical in tasks and problem-solving.

• Flexible approach to working hours.

Responsibilities

• Weekly Fire and AOV call point testing.
• Monthly flick testing of Emergency Lighting.
• Provide reliable support to customers at all times.
• Maintain professional telephone and in-person conduct.
• Adapt to a flexible working schedule.
• Meet operation KPI set by Amthal Fire & Security.
• Provide assistance and training to colleagues as required.
