Fire Safety Compliance / Fire Protection / Detection Service Sales Business Development Manager

Location: Scotland and North East (other regions: Yorkshire/North West, Sussex and South Coast, South Wales, or South East and Home Counties)

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE + Commission and Permanent Benefits

Car Allowance: £6,000 or Company Car

Commission: Yes - On Revenue and well rewarded (if have Fire Safety sales experience)

Leads: 20% provided, with opportunities to generate new clients as 80% focus

Industry: Must have Fire compliance sales experience selling Fire Risk assessment, Passive Fire solutions, Fire Alarm systems, or Fire service contracts or extinguishers at an account level

Sales: Expected to generate £600,000 to £2 million of Fire sales in the UK.

You can sell across verticals such as Hospitals, health, National Accounts, Shopping centres, Leisure, Retail, Data centres, and other sectors where you have contacts, to secure contracts for your FIA/BAFE Fire protection company.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Selling a range of fire safety products and maintenance contract services, including fire extinguishers, fire alarms, passive fire protection, and full fire compliance packages such as risk assessments.
  • Promoting maintenance and new systems, offering tailored Fire Protection solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Managing a targeted area with 20% of leads provided, while actively seeking new business opportunities; this is a sales role, not account management, and suits those who enjoy a hunter/developer approach as a Business Development Manager.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive fire compliance sales, achieve new business targets, and expand the client base.
