Fire Safety Compliance / Fire Protection / Detection Service Sales Business Development Manager

Location: Scotland and North East (other regions: Yorkshire/North West, Sussex and South Coast, South Wales, or South East and Home Counties)

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE + Commission and Permanent Benefits

Car Allowance: £6,000 or Company Car

Commission: Yes - On Revenue and well rewarded (if have the Fire Safety sales experience)

Leads: 20% provided, with opportunities to generate new clients as 80% focus

Industry: Must have Fire compliance sales experience selling Fire Risk assessment, Passive Fire solutions, Fire Alarm systems, Fire service contracts, or extinguishers at an account level

Sales: Would be used to generating £600,000 to £2 million of Fire sales in UK.

What You'll Be Doing as a Fire Business Development Manager/Area Sales Manager (Fire Solutions):

• Selling a range of fire safety products and maintenance contract services, including fire extinguishers, fire alarms, passive fire protection, and full fire compliance packages such as risk assessments.
• Selling maintenance and new systems (not necessarily technical, but experience with FIA or BAFE companies required), offering tailored Fire Protection solutions to meet client needs.
• Managing a targeted area with 20% of leads provided, while actively seeking new business opportunities (this is a sales role, not account management). You should enjoy a hunter and development role as a Business Development Manager.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive fire compliance sales, achieve new business targets, and expand the client base.
