Support safer infrastructure as a trusted Fire Safety Advisor.

We're seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Fire Safety Advisor to help drive fire risk management across diverse, high-priority sites. Working within a multidisciplinary health, safety, and wellbeing team, you'll provide expert guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a positive fire safety culture grounded in learning and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:

* Carry out Fire Risk Assessments and advise on control measures and risk mitigation.
* Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Fire Safety Management System.
* Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to monitor fire safety performance.
* Work closely with operations, maintenance, and project teams to embed fire safety considerations early.
* Deliver training sessions and promote awareness of evacuation procedures

What you should bring:

* Essential: Fire safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Fire Certificate); experience conducting FRA in operational or multi-site environments; up-to-date knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and BS standards.
* Desired: Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., IFE); experience with compliance systems and fire safety auditing tools.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with a pragmatic approach to safety improvement.
