• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication with clients, residents and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple FRA remedial and passive fire protection projects, ensuring safety, on programme delivery and quality standards.
• Assist with mobilisation, surveys, programming, installation, inspections and close-out.
• Coordinate operatives, surveyors, subcontractors, materials and site attendance.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and risks, attend sites for progress and QA checks.
• Maintain project programmes, trackers and action logs.
• Support quotations, costings and invoicing with accurate records.
• Update client portals and internal project management systems.
