This is your chance to make a real difference while enjoying excellent benefits, job stability, and the opportunity to work with a supportive, professional team.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

General FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) Maintenance – Performing general carpentry, joinery, and reactive maintenance. Certifying all work to the required standards with complete attention to detail.

As part of our Compliance Team, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively, delivering excellent service to tenants while taking ownership of your work and ensuring all tasks meet approved codes of practice and regulations.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications: Relevant City and Guilds Part 1 and Part 2, NVQ2, or equivalent experience in carpentry and joinery (essential).

Certifications: FIRAS or BM Trada Fire Door Maintenance, Installation, or Fire Stopping certifications (preferred but not essential).

Experience: Proven experience in housing repairs, maintenance, and working within occupied homes.

Expertise: A sound understanding of passive fire risk works, small building projects, and general maintenance (including carpentry, joinery, plastering, basic plumbing, and tiling).

Attributes: Strong problem solving skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to high quality customer service.

Other: A full (preferably clean) driving licence.

Why Join Paradigm Housing Group?

Meaningful Work: Play a vital role in safeguarding lives through fire safety compliance.

Benefits: Competitive salary, excellent benefits package, and a supportive work environment.

Location / Area of Work:

We operate from two main office locations:
