Job summary

Elvis Eckardt Recruitment & Sales Solutions Limited is seeking Fire Risk Assessors in Scotland who already hold a Level 3 FRA qualification and have practical FRA experience. You will work on a major UK utilities framework, supporting compliance across low-risk sites.

The role offers a structured development path, with senior support, training in fire safety, and a stable long‑term contract. Travel across the Central Belt of Scotland is required, with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification.
• Some hands-on FRA experience.
• Willingness to travel across the Central Belt of Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Fire Risk Assessments on low-risk commercial and industrial premises.
• Apply PAS 79 methodology to identify hazards and evaluate risk.
• Produce clear FRA reports and prioritised action plans.
• Liaise with site managers, duty holders and contractors to support compliance.
• Follow internal QA and validation processes; maintain CPD.
• Travel daily to multiple sites across Central Belt of Scotland; overnight stays may be required.
