Job summary

Sanctuary is seeking a Fire Risk Assessor for Royal Victoria Place in Dover to join the Compliance team. You will carry out fire risk assessments, audits and inspections across a portfolio in the South East, balancing site-based and home working to maintain high safety standards.

The role requires Level 4 (FPA) qualification or ongoing studies, and experience in social housing or construction helps. A full UK driving licence is required and 35 hours per week are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Fire Risk Assessor Level 4 (FPA) or currently undertaking the qualification.
• Recent experience in fire risk assessments or similar role.
• Knowledge of Fire regulations and current best practices.

Responsibilities

• Undertake fire risk assessments, audits and inspections across properties.
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation for fire risk assessments.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet KPIs.
• Promote fire safety awareness and ensure compliance with legislation.
