Sanctuary Group in Dover is seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join our Compliance team. The role balances site and home working and will carry out fire risk assessments, audits and inspections across properties in the South East to ensure safety standards are met.

Applicants should have Fire Risk Assessor Level 4 (FPA) or be pursuing it, with proven experience in a similar role and knowledge of fire regulations. A valid UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Fire Risk Assessor Level 4 (FPA) or currently undertaking the qualification.
• Experience in a similar role such as Fire Risk Surveyor/Assessor or Fire Safety Officer.
• Knowledge of Fire regulations including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Undertake fire risk assessments, audits, inspections and surveys.
• Manage works related to fire risk assessments within financial policies.
• Produce and maintain reports and documentation for specifications.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery.
• Raise awareness of fire risks and promote safety measures.
