About the Role

As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will conduct comprehensive Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across various sectors, including residential and commercial properties. Your role involves liaising with clients to provide expert fire safety advice, staying updated with current legislation, developing fire safety strategies, and creating fire management plans. This position covers Slough, Reading, and Guildford.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments
  2. Hold NEBOSH Fire Safety certification
  3. Provide complete and competent fire safety advice to clients
  4. Stay up-to-date with current legislation and fire safety strategies
  5. Develop fire safety and management plans
  6. Identify solutions to fire safety-related problems
  7. Support the preparation of documents, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  1. Keen interest in fire safety
  2. Experience in conducting Type 1-4 risk assessments
  3. Capability in fire safety and strategy development (training provided)
  4. Ability to identify solutions to fire safety-related problems
  5. Strong skills in preparing documents, policies, and procedures
  6. Interest in career progression within the risk assessment industry
