Job description

Title: Fire Risk Assessor

Location: Liverpool and Warrington area

Rate: £250-£350 a day, mileage, overtime

Our client:

Our client is a leading international health, safety, and environmental consultancy with over 25 years of experience and a strong presence worldwide. Due to continued success and growth, they're looking for dedicated Fire Risk Assessors in the Liverpool and Warrington area to work on type 4 compartmental, non-destructive domestic properties.

The job:

  1. Conduct thorough compartmentation fire risk assessments on residential properties
  2. Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations for remedial works
  3. Work on non-destructive, type 4 compartmental domestic properties
  4. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, explaining complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments

Essential Requirements:

  1. Type 4 Fire Risk Assessor Qualification
  2. Proven experience in conducting compartmentation fire risk assessments
  3. Strong understanding of building regulations and fire safety standards
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Desirable Experience:

  1. Experience in managing remedial works following fire risk assessments
  2. Familiarity with building materials and construction techniques
