Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Conducting fire risk assessments, audits, and inspections across a wide housing portfolio.
  • Identifying and communicating remedial actions clearly and accurately.
  • Contributing to a high-performing team of Fire Risk Assessors.
  • Offering expert advice internally and externally on fire safety best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2 years of fire safety experience (housing sector experience is a plus).
  • Accreditation via IFSM (or willingness to gain it).
  • NEBOSH Fire Certificate / IFE / equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
  • Someone who values teamwork, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing things right.
