Job summary

Osterna, part of Residential Management Group, seeks a Fire Risk Assessment Validator with extensive experience to perform independent technical validation of Fire Risk Assessments and Health & Safety Risk Assessments. You will ensure accuracy, consistency and suitability before client delivery, while supporting QA improvements and assessor training.

You will review reports for technical accuracy, challenge findings when needed and maintain QA records in line with standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in validating fire risk assessments to a high professional standard.
• Experience auditing technical health & safety reports and ensuring recommendations align with standards.
• Ability to provide guidance, feedback and training support to assessors to maintain competency.

Responsibilities

• Review Health, Safety and Fire Risk Assessments for technical accuracy.
• Ensure risk ratings and findings are consistent with relevant standards.
• Validate reports before issue to clients and maintain QA records.
• Support development of templates, methodologies and best practice.
