Job Description:

Logical are working with a well established fire protection company, they have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them to focus on both fire door and passive fire projects.

The projects will mainly be in the Manchester area although they do work nation wide the work will consist of a range of commercial projects including hospitals, care homes, universities and student accommodations.

Must have:

• Experience managing both fire door carpenters and fire stopping projects,
• 3+ years contract manager experience and be able to run multiple projects simultaneously,
• Two reputable references,
• A driving licence,
• ASAP

Location:

• Manchester- must be happy to travel nationwide as and when needed
