We are actively looking for a Fire Project Surveyor to deliver the fire improvement works for a housing association in the Walton-on-Thames, Surrey area on a permanent basis. In return you will receive, car allowance, mileage expenses, 34 days annual leave and hybrid working.

In return as the Fire Project Surveyor, you will receive:

  • Up to £60,000

As the Fire Project Surveyor, you will be:

  • Delivering the fire improvement works programme on the domestic properties across the East London area
  • Supporting on delivering the passive and active fire works off the back of the fire risk assessments completed
  • Liaise with the external contractors and residents providing further support on contract admin and managing complaints to promote high level of customer service
  • Conduct site inspections ensuring all operatives work is meeting KPIs and conducting H&S checks

Experience and qualifications:

  • Experience delivering fire improvement works
  • Social housing or public sector experience within fire
  • Technical qualification in building services or construction
