Annual salary: up to £37,485.00
Fire Maintenance and Installation Engineer
Location: Cambridge
Salary up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience plus company vehicle and fuel card
We provide services to the University of Cambridge, maintaining and repairing their Key Worker Housing located in Eddington and properties across Cambridge. We look after over 1000 properties across Cambridge – with over 800 of these located locally in Eddington and West Cambridge.
About you and the role:
Due to contract expansion we are seeking to hire a Fire Maintenance and Installation Engineer to join our team in Cambridge. This role is working with our client Cambridge university. As a Service Engineer the main duties will include completing PPM, fire alarm testing, repairs to access control systems, fire installation and commissioning.
Role Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21, have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
