LEISURE

The Leisure team at The Belfry maintains a welcoming space for guests to stay active, offering personalised training sessions and a variety of fitness classes. With a focus on creating a motivating environment, team members inspire guests to achieve their wellness goals. The Belfry is famous for its 'Fire and Ice' experience, providing a refreshing sensory journey alternating between hot and cold therapies. In 2025 the resort will be home to a new Leisure Club with a large pool and family-friendly slide, swim lane, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. With extensive gym space, four studios, and a large multipurpose sports area, the new Leisure Club will offer members and guests an unrivalled fitness experience.

Hours

This role is for 24 hours and will usually be on a Sunday, Monday Thursday or Friday. These days may change to cover holidays. The shift runs from 9 am to 5.30 pm.

The on target earning potential for this role is £12.19 - £12.80 hourly rate, compromising of a base hourly rate of £11.60- £12.21 plus a qualified estimate of £0.59 gratuities per hour.

About the role

As Aqua Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for welcoming the guests into their Fire and Ice experience.

Duties will include:

• Checking people into Fire and Ice
• Explaining the facilities and how to make the most out of their experience
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facilities
• Assisting the leisure team with housekeeping duties to keep the standards of the leisure club at a high level

About you

Previous experience in a leisure environment is not required, however some customer service experience and having worked in a fast paced environment would be useful. We are always looking for someone who:
