Babcock in the United Kingdom is seeking a Fire Fighter Trainer to develop competent, confident firefighters and deliver engaging development training across classroom and practical environments. You will assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, maintain a safe learning environment, and support learner wellbeing, while adhering to health, safety and safeguarding requirements.
The role is full-time, on site, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work;
As a Fire Fighter Trainer, you'll play a vital role in developing competent, confident and operationally ready firefighters. Please note that the successful candidate will be required to pass a targeted medical questionnaire and/or medical examination as a condition of employment for this role. This is a full-time, onsite role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend working as required.
