Babcock is seeking a Defence Trainer to deliver specialist instruction on armoured vehicles at Bovington, near Wareham, Dorset. The role is full-time, onsite, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00, with a one-hour lunch break, and involves working within a close-knit team of trainers to develop operational readiness.
You will assess student performance, maintain records, and liaise with military stakeholders to continuously improve training programmes and ensure high standards are met.

As a Defence Trainer, you'll deliver specialist instruction on the driving, maintenance, and operation of armoured fighting vehicles, helping to develop the skills and capability of military personnel. This is a unique opportunity to utilise your military experience in a rewarding training environment where you'll play a direct role in supporting operational readiness and national security.
Working as part of a close-knit team of experienced trainers, you'll provide high-quality instruction, assess student performance, and ensure trainees achieve the standards required to operate complex military vehicles safely and effectively.
