Job summary

phs Compliance is recruiting a Fire Extinguisher Engineer to service and inspect fire extinguishers across multiple commercial sites in the North East region, including Newcastle, Middlesbrough and Sunderland. You will perform servicing to maintain compliance and safety for our client base.

The role offers a base salary of £26,538 with overtime opportunities, a company vehicle, pension, and additional earning potential through referrals.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license for at least 12 months (6 points max).
• 2 years’ industry experience would be advantageous.
• Understanding of Health and Safety regulations in the workplace.
• Knowledge of test and inspection procedures software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Visit multiple commercial properties to service and maintain fire extinguishers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Follow safety and quality standards while carrying out inspections and servicing.
