Multi-skilled across multiple technologies and product ranges, our engineers possess a wide range of knowledge built up over many years. Customer service oriented and driven to deliver the very best levels of engineering; our engineers take pride in their daily work.

Are you FIA trained looking for a new opportunity?

Responsibilities
  1. Install and Servicing of our wide range of field equipment including Fire Alarms systems
  2. Provide high levels of customer services.
  3. Understanding site plans, to allow installs to take part based on site survey documentation.
  4. Reactive call outs to site, with an aim to provide a first-time fix.
  5. Provide on-site technical support and solutions to customers during both reactive and planned visits.
  6. Complete documentation in line with company standards.
  7. Work within strict H&S guidelines.
  8. Work as part of a 24/7 on call rota.
  9. Advise customers on the latest products and services to improve efficiency.
