Alecto Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fire Engineer to service, maintain, fault-find, and support installation and commissioning of Fire Alarm and Life Safety systems across commercial and high-end sites in London.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm systems.

• Experience with addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
• Good understanding of relevant British Standards.
• Full UK driving licence.

I'm currently working with an established and growing Fire Systems specialist who are looking to add an experienced Engineer to their team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault finding and supporting the installation and commissioning of a range of Fire Alarm and Life Safety systems across commercial and high end sites throughout London.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of systems rather than being stuck doing the same job every day.

The role would suit someone who is confident dealing with customers, comfortable working independently and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.

What we're looking for

• Experience servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm systems
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
• Good understanding of relevant British Standards
• Good customer facing ability
• Full UK driving licence
• Relevant industry experience
• A professional approach and good work ethic

Experience with Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Voice Alarm, Aspirating Detection or similar systems would be highly advantageous.
