Job description

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Fire & Security Engineer to join a growing team working on high-profile residential developments, including high-rise new builds and occupied housing sites across London and South East.

Location: London/South East

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

The successful candidate will have:

·Minimum 3-years’ experience working within the Fire Safety and Security Systems industry

·Solid experience installing, servicing, and maintaining Fire Alarm, Evacuation Alert, Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems

·Confident and experienced working in high-rise developments and occupied homes

·Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (BS5839, BS8629, NSI/SSAIB, BAFE standards)

·Ability to read drawings and work from site plans and schematics

·Strong understanding of health & safety and working in live environments

·ECS or CSCS card (skilled worker or above)

·Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities

·Excellent communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach

·Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
