Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced FRA Carpenter / Passive Fire Protection Maintenance Technician for a permanent role around Ilford and East London. The role involves delivering fire door, carpentry and passive fire protection works in residential properties and communal areas, while maintaining health and safety and high customer service standards.

The candidate will install, repair and maintain fire doors, undertake passive fire protection works and respond to Fire

Qualifications

Proven experience in installation, maintenance and repair of fire doors.
Experience with passive fire protection maintenance and upgrades.
Strong commitment to health and safety, compliance and customer service.

Responsibilities

Install, repair and maintain fire doors across residential properties.
Carry out fire door upgrade works and install fully certified fire door sets.
Undertake passive fire protection maintenance and fire-stopping works; complete carpentry finishing tasks.
Record job updates using PDA/mobile technology and work safely to high standards.
Work independently and as part of a wider team to deliver fire safety projects.
