Seven Bespoke Joinery, part of the 7formation family, have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Fire Door Joiner / Supervisor - Manufacturing based in Corby.

Contract: Freelance/labour only

The Fire Door Joiner / Supervisor role:

We are seeking an experienced Fire Door Joiner / Supervisor to oversee and participate in the manufacture of fire doors in our workshop. You will lead a small team, ensuring every door is produced to the highest quality, meets fire regulations, and is ready for delivery or installation.

Main responsibilities of the Fire Door Joiner / Supervisor include:

• Manufacture and assemble fire doors according to specifications and fire safety standards.
• Supervise and coordinate a small workshop team to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Inspect materials and finished doors to maintain compliance with fire regulations.
• Operate and maintain woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all production records and quality checks are completed accurately.
• Collaborate with clients and site teams to meet project timelines.

Our ideal Fire Door Joiner / Supervisor will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in joinery, preferably manufacturing fire doors.
• Knowledge of fire door regulations, certification, and compliance standards.
• Experience supervising a small team in a workshop environment.
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Full UK driving license is advantageous but not essential.
