Job summary

A construction company in Sleaford is seeking experienced Fire Door Joiners for installation and maintenance of fire doors. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years' experience in carpentry, relevant NVQ qualifications, and necessary tools. Competitive pay offered at 26-28 GBP per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the carpentry/joinery trade.
• Must have a CSCS Card.
• DBS Certificate required.
• FIRAS accreditation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install fire door sets and maintain fire doors.
• Carry out fire door assessments and record findings.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.

Fire Door Joiners
Location: Sleaford
Salary: 26- 28ph CIS

We are currently seeking experienced Fire Door Joiners in Sleaford!
(Remediation and installation of Fire Doors).

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of fire door sets

• All aspects of fire door maintenance

• Installation of fire-rated loft hatches and fire-rated stud partitions

• Carrying out fire door assessments and recording findings via app (e.g., Bolster)

• Accurately recording all works, including photographic evidence, via app

• Working both independently and as part of a team

• Collaborating with colleagues and site managers to address and resolve on-site issues

• Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer specifications and fire safety regulations

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the carpentry/joinery trade

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery or a relevant trade

• CSCS Card

• DBS Certificate

• FIRAS accreditation (desirable)

• Tools - Mandatory
