Leading property development company requires an efficient temporary fire door installer to assist with the installation and maintenance of fire doors at a student accommodation site.

Duties:

• Install new fire doors
• Carry out repairs on existing fire doors
• Complete works in line with the manufacturer’s specifications
• Document works on a step-by-step basis, ensuring evidence is taken accurately

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• A strong background in carpentry and joinery
• Experience installing fire doors and frames
• Experience carrying out repairs to fire doors and frames
• Experience working in student accommodation or BTR sites
• MUST have FIRAS accreditation
