Fire Door Install Project Manager

Passive Fire Works – Social Housing

Up to £58,000 Plus Vehicle and Fuel Card

Our client, a rapidly growing main contractor based in the South East, is currently looking for an experienced FRA Project Manager to lead one of their major fire door installation schemes in North London.

Within this role, you will be responsible for managing contractors on passive fire projects. The works generally include fire door installation and fire stopping in occupied properties. You will attend sites to carry out inspections and assessments both before and after work, working closely with the on-site team to ensure delivery meets the required standards.

Qualifications and experience:

1. Extensive experience in delivering fire safety projects, mainly fire door installation
2. BM Trada or Firas accreditation
3. Ability to assess and inspect fire safety works and manage on-site delivery
4. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and contractors
5. Strong communication skills
6. SMSTS or SSSTS certification
7. Valid Drivers License
