Overview

Fire Door Inspector – South West London – £240/day

DCS require up to three experienced surveyors to carry out fire door inspections on behalf of our client at a project in South West London.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fire door inspections on behalf of the client at a project in South West London (occupied buildings).
• Ensure compliance with fire door regulations (BM-Trada/FIRAS).
• Apply knowledge from joinery background to support installation and remedial work as needed.

Qualifications

• NVQ2/3 Carpentry & Joinery
• CSCS
• FDIS Fire Door Inspection Diploma (or equivalent)

Desirable

• Joinery background and practical knowledge of carrying out installation and remedial repairs to fire doors.

Contract details

This is a temporary/contract vacancy for up to 2 years. We estimate a start date of Monday 29th September. No overnight accommodation can be provided.
