About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Door Fitter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fire door installation, with a proven track record of working to BM TRADA and FIRAS certification standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality, compliant fire door installations across a variety of commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain fire doors in accordance with BM TRADA and FIRAS standards
• Conduct fire door inspections and remedial works
• Ensure all work is compliant with current fire safety regulations and best practices
• Accurately complete installation and compliance documentation
• Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience fitting fire doors
• BM TRADA and/or FIRAS accreditation
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
• Full UK driving license
• Bolster experience
