Job description

Our client, a well-established UK-based facilities management company specialising in fire safety, fire door inspections, and general FM services, is currently seeking a Fire Door Coordinator to join their team. This role is based out of their Dartford office and offers a great opportunity to contribute to essential fire safety compliance programmes across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage fire door inspections, installations, and remedial programmes in line with current fire safety legislation.

  • Prepare accurate quotations for both remedial and installation works.

  • Support the Account Manager by liaising with subcontractors who are dispatched to site, acting as the key point of contact between both parties to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

  • Assist with subcontractor sourcing and manage performance to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, completed works, and certification.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients on all matters relating to passive fire compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fire door coordination, ideally with knowledge of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022.
