This is a mixture of office & site-based working.

Job Role: Fire Door Contracts Manager

Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 + package (DOE)

Duration: Permanent

Location: City of London

Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments on contractual agreements and identify potential issues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract terms and conditions align with project objectives

Contracts Manager Person Specification:

• Strong knowledge of fire door regulations
• Ability to manage several projects
• Proven experience in a similar role in the fire safety/protection industry
