OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Fire Detection and Alarm designer to create designs for new and extended systems, estimate proposals, and generate drawings. The role involves coordinating with on-site teams to meet company procedures and maintaining documentation up to LPCB/BRE LPS1014 standards.

The successful candidate will bring City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering and FIA Design units, with AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency to support project delivery and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in designing and modification of Fire Detection and Alarm systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety, environment and CDM regulations and ensuring compliance.

Responsabilités

• Design of Fire Detection and Alarm systems, including extensions and new systems.
• Estimating and presenting proposals for client consideration.
• Drawing of Fire Detection and Alarm systems.
• Liaise with onsite management to comply with procedures.
• Prepare project files including LPCB/BRE LPS1014 documentation.
