OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Fire Detection and Alarm design engineer to develop and modify fire alarm designs, prepare drawings, and estimate proposals for client consideration. The role involves liaising with site management, attending contract meetings, and delivering project documentation including LPCB/BRE LPS1014 files.

Applicants should have extensive fire alarm design experience, FIA units, and strong knowledge of relevant standards and safety regulations.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in designing and modification of Fire Detection and Alarm systems.
• Knowledge of health & safety, environment, technical and statutory requirements including CDM regulations.

Mansioni

• Design of Fire Detection and Alarm system.
• Estimating and providing proposals for client consideration.
• Drawing of Fire Detection and Alarm systems for extensions and new systems.
• Liaise with onsite management to comply with procedures.
• Attend client contract meetings as required.
• Prepare and present Client Contract Reports.
