Job summary

Kentec Electronics Ltd. is recruiting a Final Build Assembly Operator for the early shift. You will join a busy manufacturing team in Dartford, UK, assembling high-quality fire control panels and contributing to production targets.

Full training is provided. Candidates should be comfortable reading basic specifications, using hand and electrical tools, and working safely with established processes. A proactive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Full training will be given.
• Understanding of electrical/mechanical specs desirable.
• Able to read and work from assembly instructions or PAFs.
• Familiar with using a range of hand and electrical tools.
• Willing to learn new assembly techniques and equipment.
• Commitment to safe work practices and reporting hazards.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork; able to work independently.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet production and quality targets.
• Assemble and inspect panel components to specification.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
