Description: Fire Compliance Sales Business Development Manager

Location: Yorkshire/ North/ West England (other regions include Scotland, North East, Sussex and South Coast, South Wales, South East, and Home Counties)

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE + Commission and Permanent Benefits

Car Allowance: £6,000 or Company Car

Commission: Yes - On Revenue, well rewarded (if you have Fire Safety sales experience)

Leads: 20% provided; focus on generating new clients (80%)

Industry: Must have Fire compliance sales experience, including Fire Risk assessments, Passive Fire solutions, Fire Alarm systems, Fire service contracts, or extinguishers at an account level

Sales: Experience in generating £600,000 to £2 million of Fire sales in the UK

Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional passionate about Fire safety and Fire compliance? Join our supportive and growing team as a Fire Compliance Sales Business Development Manager. You can sell across verticals like Hospitals, National Accounts, Shopping centres, Leisure, Retail, Data centres, and more, leveraging your contacts to secure contracts for your FIA/BAFE Fire protection company.

Company: A national Fire Protection and Detection company dedicated to building a passionate sales team. Their mission is to provide comprehensive fire compliance solutions, ensuring client safety and peace of mind. They seek local individuals who can sell, consult, listen, and become trusted Fire Compliance partners. If you've worked for another Fire Detection/Fire Protection company but seek better support and rewards, this is a fresh start for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling a range of fire safety products and maintenance contract services, including fire extinguishers, fire alarms, passive fire protection, and full fire compliance packages like risk assessments.
  • Selling maintenance and new systems, focusing on tailored Fire Protection solutions to meet client needs (technical knowledge not mandatory, but experience with FIA or BAFE companies is required).
  • Managing a targeted area with 20% of leads provided, while actively seeking new business opportunities. This is a sales role, not account management, suited for hunters and business development managers.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive fire compliance sales and achieve new business targets, expanding the client base.
