Fire Compliance Sales Business Development Manager

Location: South East, London and Home Counties (including regions like Scotland, North East, Yorkshire, North/West England, Sussex, South Coast, South Wales)

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 DOE + Commission and Benefits

Car Allowance: £6,000 or Company Car

Commission: Yes - on Revenue, well rewarded (preferably with Fire Safety sales experience)

Leads: 20% provided; 80% focus on generating new clients

Industry Experience: Must have Fire compliance sales experience, including Fire Risk assessment, Passive Fire solutions, Fire Alarm systems, Fire service contracts, or extinguishers at an account level

Sales Target: Generate £600,000 to £2 million of Fire sales in UK

You can sell across verticals like Hospitals, health, National Accounts, Shopping centres, Leisure, Retail, Data centres, and more, leveraging your contacts to secure contracts for your FIA/BAFE Fire protection company.

Company Overview: A national Fire Protection and Detection company committed to building a passionate team of sellers. Their mission is to provide comprehensive fire compliance solutions, ensuring client safety and peace of mind. They seek local salespeople who can consult, listen, and become trusted Fire Compliance partners. If you've worked for another Fire Detection/Fire Protection company but seek better support or rewards, this is a fresh start.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling fire safety products and maintenance contracts, including fire extinguishers, fire alarms, passive fire protection, and full fire compliance packages like risk assessments.
  • Offering tailored Fire Protection solutions, managing a targeted area with 20% leads provided, and seeking new business opportunities. This is a hunter role, not account management.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive sales, achieve targets, and expand the client base.
