Job description

Our client in Barking & Dagenham is seeking a Fire and Building Safety Specialist to join their team.

The primary responsibility of the Fire and Building Safety Specialist is to ensure the safety and compliance of residential buildings within the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD). This role is essential for fulfilling requirements under the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, Fire Safety Order, and overseen by the Building Safety Regulator. The specialist will act as the Accountable Person, managing all aspects of fire and building safety.
