The Role:

We re looking for a skilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our expert team. You ll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and ensuring the flawless operation of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, and Access Control systems across a portfolio of commercial sites. It s a hands-on role where your technical skills and attention to detail help keep our clients safe, secure, and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out service and maintenance of fire alarms CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems to a high standard.
• Delivering excellent customer service building strong relationships and representing our brand with professionalism and care.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Communicating clearly whether providing updates to clients or reporting internally.
• Travelling to and between client sites (a full UK driving licence is essential).

About You:

• You have solid experience in servicing and maintaining electronic security systems.
• You're people-oriented, with great communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• You're reliable, self-motivated, and take pride in your work.
• You hold a full UK driving licence.
