Job summary

4Way Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Fire & Security Service Engineer based around Liverpool to service and maintain CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems. You will conduct fault finding, carry out small works, and attend planned and reactive maintenance visits for a well-established North West provider.

The role offers manufacturer training, long-term progression, private healthcare, and a company pension. A valid UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing electronic security systems.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, intruder alarms and access control.
• Experience carrying out fault finding and small works.
• Manufacturer experience with GENT and/or FireClass would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.
• Carry out fault finding and repairs.
• Complete small works on existing installations.
• Attend planned and reactive maintenance visits.
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Our customer is a well-established Fire & Security company delivering high-quality Fire & Security solutions across the North West. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join their established engineering team.

Salary and Benefits - Fire & Security Service Engineer

• £32,000 - £38,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
• Company Van with Personal Use (Optional)
• Paid Travel Time - 30 minutes deducted each way
• Excellent Overtime Available
• Overtime paid at 1.5x Monday-Saturday & 2x Sundays
• Call Out Rota - 1 in 7 / 1 in 8
• Time taken on call-outs given back the following working day
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
