Role: Fire and Security Operations Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Operations Manager to lead, grow, and develop a high-performing Fire & Security division in Bristol. This is a senior role with responsibility for operational delivery, compliance, accreditations, and team leadership, while also driving growth through business development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Fire & Security division.
• Oversee and maintain industry accreditations including FIA and NSI.
• Manage engineers, recruitment, and subcontractor relationships.
• Take full responsibility for tender and bid processes from concept to delivery.
• Ensure health & safety compliance across all projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare monthly reports and present updates at board level.

Experience and Certifications Required

• FIA Level 3 qualification – Essential.
• Proven experience in Fire & Security operations management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
