Fire and Security Installation Engineer, Wolverhampton

Our client, a well-established Fire & Security business, is seeking a Fire & Security Installation Engineer to join their team due to business growth. They serve commercial clients nationwide.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to travel across the UK with a small team, working on store new builds and refits from start to finish.

This role offers a chance to develop existing skills or expand into new disciplines, with opportunities for career progression.

Accommodation is provided when working away, along with a daily meal allowance.

Position Overview

• Install Fire and Security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire alarms.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Own and complete assigned tasks according to schedule.
• Manage workload to minimize backlog.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Willingness to work away from home.

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Ability to complete projects from start to finish.
• Willing to travel and stay away as needed.
• Knowledge of systems such as Gent, Notifier, Morley, Kentec, Galaxy, Texecom, Paxton, Salto, Samsung is advantageous.
• IPAF qualification (preferred).
• C&G electrical installation or NVQ Level 3 (preferred).

Remuneration

• Company vehicle and fuel card.
• Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm, 40 hours/week.
• Pension scheme.
