Job description

Title: Fire and Security Engineer (Service and/or Install)

Location of Works: Yorkshire

The Company: A highly accredited Fire and Security Company based in the Leeds area is seeking a new and experienced Fire and Security Engineer.

Package:

1. Up to £35,000 basic (40 hours)
2. Travel time paid at 1.5x
3. Car or van included with personal use
4. Overtime available
5. Call out rota – currently only 1 day every 13
6. 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (enhanced holiday pay)
7. Sick pay
8. Progression available

As a Fire and Security Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Installing and servicing Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, and Access Control systems.
2. Working within the commercial sector, including government contracts, schools, and facility companies.
3. Participating in a call out rota.

Knowledge and Experience:

1. 3 years plus experience servicing and installing Fire and Security systems, ideally in the commercial sector.
2. Full UK driving licence – clean licence desired.
3. Ability to complete and pass security screening checks to the highest standard.
