Fire and Security Engineer

Opportunity: Fire and Security Engineer

Package:

1. £40,000 base salary
2. Normal hours – 40hrs – Monday-Friday
3. Call out 1 in 4 weeks
4. 20 days holiday plus Christmas off + bank holidays

7. FIA training

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Occasional installation, mainly service and maintenance of Fire alarms, Access Control, Intruder alarms, Nurse Call, Door Entry, CCTV, etc.
2. Small works on the above systems
3. Reporting to the engineering manager/director
4. Completing all paperwork accurately and on time
5. Taking responsibility for your workload, stock, and vehicle

Knowledge and Experience:

1. Ideally, 2+ years working in the Fire and Security industry
2. Knowledge of British Standards and Health and Safety
3. Full UK Driving License
4. CSCS or ECS card
5. Manufacturer training is desirable, not essential
6. Level 3 qualification desirable
7. Can pass Security Screening
