Qualifications

• Experience in fire alarm installations and commissioning.
• Knowledge of BS7671-2018 and BS5839 regulations.

Role: Fire Alarm Technician
Location: Yorkshire - covering York, Leeds, Preston, Kingston Upon Hull
Salary: Up to £35,000

What's Involved?

• Working across a wide range of systems across multiple customer locations
• Carry out fire alarm installations
• Fire alarm commissioning, mainly Advanced, Kentec systems
• Planning & implementing routine & demand call visits for your area
• Provide a good technical understanding of drawings & wiring systems
• Able to carry out fault finding diagnostics
• Run small to medium installations & provide guidance
• Demonstrate a full understanding of all related regulations
• BS7671-2018, BS5839-1:2017, BS5838-6:2019
• FIA Units 1-5 or Equivalent
• 18th Edition
